Windows 2008 Server offers a host of improvements including enhancements to their application presentation product Remote Desktop Services (formerly Terminal Services).

Trans-soft has chosen to move to use Terminal Services over Citrix due to a much improved and simplified printing mechanism called Easy Print.

Easy Print utilizes the locally installed default printer to make printing quick and easy. Just install the printer driver on the local PC, and TS Easy Print enables full functionality of the local or network default printer—staple, duplex, or use any of the rich functionality that printer offers.
